THE ARCHERS AT HONIES FARM Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the countryside for up to seven people

The Archers barn conversion has been most carefully and sympathetically renovated and offers guests a four bedroom holiday home with well designed and tastefully furnished living space for up to seven people. The outstanding open views across fields along with the walking and cycling routes on the doorstep make this the perfect place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life and relax in the comfort of  a luxury barn conversion in the country.   

The Ground Floor comprises...
Entrance hall.
Living room: With Smart TV and patio doors leading to garden.
Dining room.
Kitchen: With breakfast area, Magimix coffee machine, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Utility room: With washing machine.
Separate toilet.

The First Floor comprises...
Bedroom 1: With single bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bedroom 3: With Super Kingsize bed - (zip and link so can be twin beds on request).
Bedroom 4: With Super Kingsize bed (zip and link so can be twin beds on request) and en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

 A front sitting out area with furniture and an enclosed lawned rear garden with patio and garden furniture.  There is a courtyard which is shared with our other properties. The Archers has private parking for three cars, one of which is undercover and has a cycle store. 

All of our properties have air source heat pump underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and Magimix coffee machine with some capsules included.  Should guests require a travel cot and/or highchair, these are available on request. 

Please note:  This property has a security deposit of £100 -  This is a No Smoking property  -  We regret dogs are not allowed to stay at The Archers (although they are most welcome at our other properties).

Should you wish to stay at Honies Farm Barns with a group of families or friends, all four luxury Barns sleeping from four to seven, may be booked together, offering accommodation for twenty one guests.

The Archers also benefits from being close to the historic town of Newark which is only five miles away, as well as  eighteen miles from Nottingham and twenty three miles from Lincoln,  making it an ideal base for touring and exploring the area.  Whether it’s a spa day at nearby Eden Hall, trips down the River Trent from Newark, visiting the Cathedral Quarter in Lincoln or days watching the cricket or shopping in Nottingham there is something for everyone to enjoy. There is a shop and pub within three miles drive with the pub at nearby Farndon overlooking the River Trent where you enjoy refreshment as the motor cruisers float by.
